About Britt
Fitness should support your life — not take it over.
I’m Britt — a personal trainer, nutrition coach and running coach who believes strength, good nutrition and cardiovascular fitness should make you feel more capable in your everyday life.
I work primarily with women who want to get stronger, improve body composition, fuel themselves better and build habits they can actually sustain.
My approach is practical, evidence-based and built around real life — because I’m living it too.
I believe good coaching should make things clearer, not more complicated.
There is no shortage of fitness and nutrition information out there.
The problem is that much of it is extreme, conflicting or difficult to apply to an actual busy life.
I don’t believe you need to train every day, cut out foods you enjoy or follow a perfect plan to make progress.
I believe in building strength. Eating enough. Fueling training well. Improving cardiovascular fitness. Recovering appropriately. And creating routines that still work when life gets busy.
My job is to help you understand what matters, what doesn’t, and how to build an approach that fits your goals, your schedule and your life.
Coaching that meets you where you are.
Every client starts in a different place.
Some women need help learning how to strength train consistently.
Some are already active but feel confused about nutrition.
Some want to improve body composition without sacrificing energy or performance.
Others are runners, hybrid athletes or women simply trying to feel strong and capable again.
That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all coaching.
Your plan should reflect your experience, your goals, your available time, your equipment, your training demands and your real life.

This is personal for me, too.

I’m a wife, mom of three and athlete myself.
I understand what it looks like to fit training around family schedules, sports, work, travel and the unexpected things that come up every week.
I also know what it feels like to care about performance, health and body composition while still wanting fitness to remain one part of a full life.
That perspective shapes the way I coach.
I want my clients to make progress, but I also want them to feel confident making decisions for themselves.
The goal isn’t dependence on a coach forever.
The goal is to become stronger, more informed and more capable of taking care of yourself for the long haul.

A few things I believe
You do not have to earn your food.
More exercise is not always better.
Carbohydrates are not the enemy.
Strength training should be a priority for women.
Cardiovascular fitness matters.
Your plan should adapt when life changes.
Progress does not require perfection.
And fitness should give you more confidence in your life — not make your life smaller.
